Work process
Coil loading car→Uncoiler→double pinch roller and three roller straightener→recoiler(big mandrel, small mandrel)→Entry processing table →4-Hi rolling mill→Exit processing table→Right Recoiler(big mandrel, small mandrel)→Coil Discharging car
Configuration
DC motors are controlled by 6RA80 series digital DC driver,the whole line is controlled by S7 PLC.
Hydraulic press-down of rolling mill: Automatic Gauge Control. The hydraulic AGC system is controlled PLC, with constant roller gap, constant rolling force, thickness precontrol, thickness monitor, etc functions.
Deviation adjusting of press-down
With front recoiler to realize reversible rolling.
Safety protection such as overload protection, emergency stop in electric control system.
Automatic coiling tension setting and automatic constant tension control.
Drive backup rollers, universal joints as coupling
Oil gas lubrication for bearing seats of rollers, press-down and universal joints
Automatic PLC control for whole process such as interlink of continuous steps and fault alarms.
The rolling mill has functions: pre-setting of rolling process parameters, the inspection,display and alarm of processing parameters and machine critical parameters.
